Auditor's Review

V. Singhi & Associates issued independent limited review reports for both standalone and consolidated financial results. For the consolidated results:

  • The review was conducted in accordance with SRE 2410
  • The auditors did not review the interim financial results of three material subsidiaries (reflecting total revenues of ₹55,798.81 lakhs, net profit after tax of ₹6,404.39 lakhs, and total comprehensive income of ₹6,602.66 lakhs)
  • The results include the group's share of net profit after tax of ₹12,311.70 lakhs and total comprehensive income of ₹14,033.37 lakhs from three associates not reviewed by the auditors
  • The conclusion is based on reports from other auditors and management-prepared financial statements for certain subsidiaries and associates
  • The auditors issued an unmodified conclusion, stating nothing came to their attention to believe the results contain material misstatements
