Bhagyanagar India reported record FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,377.83 Cr (+46.3% YoY) and PAT of ₹50.17 Cr (+258% YoY), crossing key milestones.
Q4 FY26 was the strongest quarter with revenue of ₹730.53 Cr (+61.8% YoY) and PAT of ₹18.49 Cr (+402.9% YoY), driven by value-added products.
The company announced a demerger with NCLT hearing scheduled for 9 June 2026 and plans a ₹40 Cr capex over 2 years for new ventures and capacity.
Operational EBITDA margin expanded 218 bps to 4.46% in FY26, with Q4 exit EBITDA per kg reaching ₹62, reflecting improved operating leverage.
