Bhansali Engineering Polymers FY26 Results & Dividend

Bhansali Engineering Polymers reported FY26 standalone net profit of ₹180.47 crore and recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share.
The board approved re-appointment of Dilip Shendre as Whole-Time Director for 3 years effective April 2027.
Capacity expansion from 75,000 TPA to 100,000 TPA is on schedule with commissioning expected by September 2026.
The company declared total dividend of ₹4 per share (400%) for FY26 including three interim dividends of ₹1 each.
