Bharat Forge Q4 FY26 Results and Growth Outlook

Bharat Forge reported FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 16,812 crore and EBITDA of INR 2,921 crore, with 11% and 6% YoY growth respectively.
The company secured new business worth INR 4,814 crore across segments, including a major INR 2,816 crore defense order, and forecasts 25% growth for its India operations in FY27.
Management announced the restructuring of its German steel forging subsidiary (CDP) and a strategic 30% acquisition in Fortuna Engineering for INR 130 crore.
Aerospace emerged as a key growth driver, contributing 26% of Q4 non-auto industrial exports with revenues of ~INR 400 crore for FY26.
