Bharti Airtel reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 55,383 crore, up 15.7% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs 32,038 crore and margin of 57.8%.
The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per fully paid-up share and Rs 6 per partly paid-up share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
India mobile revenue grew 8.3% YoY with ARPU at Rs 257, while Africa delivered constant currency revenue growth of 22.3% YoY.
Capex for the quarter stood at Rs 16,066 crore focused on 5G, fiber deployment, and data center expansion, with net debt to EBITDAaL at 0.79 times.
