BKM Industries Files Delayed Q3 FY2022 Results Post-CIRP

Standalone net loss stood at ₹273 lakhs for Q3 FY2022 and ₹837 lakhs for the nine months ended 31 December 2021, with zero revenue.
NCLT-approved Resolution Plan under Sections 30 and 31 of IBC granted immunity from past non-compliances, enabling regularisation of filings.
Total standalone assets were ₹17,899 lakhs as at 31 December 2021, with heavy current borrowings of ₹12,411 lakhs and total equity of ₹2,073 lakhs.
