Notes to Financial Results
1. The unaudited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 13, 2026.
2. The Results have been prepared in accordance with Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. The company operates in a single segment namely Iron & Steel Trading. Segment information is not furnished as per Ind AS 108.
4. The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures for the full financial year ended March 31, 2026 and the unaudited year-to-date figures up to December 31, 2025.
5. Previous year figures have been regrouped/recasted wherever necessary for comparability.
Auditor's Limited Review
Tibrewal Chand & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 311047E), conducted a limited review of the quarterly results. Partner Krishna Agrawal (Membership Number: 313562) issued the review report dated August 13, 2026, from Rourkela.
The auditor concluded that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the statement of unaudited financial results has not disclosed the required information per Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR or that it contains any material misstatement. The review was conducted in accordance with Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410 issued by ICAI.
