BLS International FY26 Net Profit Up 34% to Rs. 724 Cr

BLS International reported FY26 revenue of Rs. 2,998 Cr, up 36.7% YoY, with net profit rising 34.1% to Rs. 724 Cr.
The Visa & Consular business EBITDA margin expanded 560 bps to 40.1% due to the transition to a self-managed model.
Digital Business revenue surged 114.4% YoY to Rs. 1,158 Cr, driven by the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions.
The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.5 per share, bringing the total annual payout to ~Rs. 103 Cr.
