Reason for Cancellation
The Board Meeting has been cancelled due to the statutory audit process being currently under progress and the Financial Results not being finalized. The meeting was intended to approve the Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Previous Communications
The company had previously submitted intimations dated May 25, 2026, May 30, 2026, and June 10, 2026 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meetings scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, June 10, 2026, and Monday, June 15, 2026 respectively.
Future Communication
The Company will inform the Stock Exchange of the revised date of the Board Meeting as per the prescribed timelines under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
