Founder and CEO Gaurav Singh Kushwaha highlighted the milestone of crossing one million customers, the high repeat‑purchase rate, and the company’s ability to grow faster than the category despite volatile gold prices and a reduced marketing spend as a share of revenue. He emphasized the company’s money‑back policy, in‑house design and manufacturing, and the strategic expansion of physical stores to build trust.
