BMB Music & Magnetics Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding a scheduled board meeting. The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at shorter notice.
The agenda for the board meeting includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended June 2026
- Consideration and approval of the Limited Review Report of Auditors as of June 2026
- Authorization of Mr. Pramod Bokadia, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, as a new authorized signatory in the existing bank account maintained with Bank of Maharashtra
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
The disclosure also notes that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed since July 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
