BPCL Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, with statutory auditors issuing unmodified opinions.
Standalone net profit for FY26 was ₹23,303.22 crore, up 75.5% YoY, while Q4 profit was ₹3,191.49 crore; consolidated FY26 net profit stood at ₹25,843.45 crore.
The company recognized a ₹4,349.13 crore impairment on its investment in subsidiary Bharat PetroResources Limited (BPRL) and received LPG compensation of ₹3,164.15 crore from the government.
BPCL reported non-compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and Companies Act due to insufficient independent directors and absence of a woman director from March 10, 2026.
