Brigade Enterprises Q4 FY26 Pre-sales Up 44% QoQ

Brigade Enterprises reported Q4 FY26 pre-sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44% sequential increase, driven by 4 million sq ft of new launches.
Full-year FY26 consolidated revenue grew 11% YoY to ₹5,909 crore with a PAT of ₹725 crore, while net debt stood at ₹2,278 crore.
Management provided FY27 pre-sales guidance of at least ₹9,000 crore, targeting 20% growth, with an 11.6 million sq ft launch pipeline.
The company plans significant commercial expansion with a 10 million sq ft pipeline over FY27-28 requiring ₹6,000 crore capex, while addressing Amazon's 630,000 sq ft vacancy at WTC Bengaluru.
