Brigade FY26 Revenue Up 11% to ₹5,909 Crore

Brigade Enterprises reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹5,909 crore, an 11% increase from FY25, with EBITDA of ₹1,638 crore.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share and a 1:3 bonus issue to commemorate the company's 40th year.
Real Estate pre-sales reached ₹7,424 crore for the year, while Leasing and Hospitality revenues grew by 12% and 13% respectively.
Q4 FY26 saw strong real estate sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44% sequential increase, with average realization up 7% YoY.
