Brigade Hotel Ventures Q4 PAT Surges 92%

Brigade Hotel Ventures reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹146 Crores, an 8% YoY growth, with PAT surging 92% to ₹25 Crores.
EBITDA grew 13% YoY to ₹58 Crores in Q4, driven by ARR growth of 7% to ₹8,066 and RevPAR increase of 6% to ₹6,295.
Full-year FY26 performance showed 15% revenue growth to ₹543 Crores and 174% PAT growth to ₹65 Crores, with strong F&B revenue growth of 15%.
Management cited strong domestic demand and portfolio resilience as key drivers, while noting Q4 occupancy stagnation due to elevated airfares and temporary disruptions.
