Britannia reported Q4 FY26 consolidated net sales of Rs 4,686 crore, up 7.1% YoY, with PAT surging 21.1% to Rs 678 crore.
Full-year FY26 sales grew 7.5% to Rs 18,858 crore, while PAT increased 16.3% to Rs 2,533 crore, with operating profit margin at 17%.
International business profitability was impacted in Q4 due to West Asia conflict, causing vessel unavailability and higher freight costs.
Strategic priorities included driving e-commerce growth, brand innovation, cost efficiency, and expanding adjacency businesses like wafers and dairy.
