BSE Limited reported record Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,630 crores, up 22% QoQ, and FY26 revenue of Rs 5,148 crores, growing 59% YoY.
Net profit attributable to shareholders surged 88% to Rs 2,497 crores in FY26, with the board recommending a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share.
BSE achieved global leadership in IPO listings with 255 new listings raising Rs 1.8 lakh crores and saw derivatives premium turnover grow 118% to Rs 19,523 crores daily.
The exchange added 3.53 crore new investor accounts, crossing 25 crore total accounts, and expanded its derivatives membership from 446 to 587 brokers.
