BSL Limited FY26 Audited Results, No Dividend

BSL Limited reported a net loss of ₹99.24 lakhs for Q4 FY26 and a net profit of ₹237.62 lakhs for the full year FY26.
The board approved the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2026 and did not recommend any dividend for FY26.
M/s S.N. Lathi & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor and M/s N.D. Birla & Co. was re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY27.
The trading window for designated persons will reopen from 22nd May 2026 following the results announcement.
