Management Commentary

Mr. Anuj Kumar, Managing Director, commented on the strong quarter highlighting double-digit revenue growth, industry-leading EBITDA margins of 46.4%, and robust profit expansion despite challenging market conditions. He emphasized the success of the diversification strategy with non-mutual fund businesses growing 28.4% year-on-year and now contributing 14.9% of revenue. Within mutual funds, he noted the strengthening leadership position with CAMS assets crossing ₹56 Lakh Cr and outperforming the industry across key metrics. He also highlighted the scaling SIF ecosystem with 11 live SIFs on the CAMS platform collectively crossing ₹10,000 Cr in AuM, and the milestone of GIFT City Retail Funds crossing 10,000 investors.

Future Outlook

The management stated that focus remains on deepening platform leadership, scaling diversified growth engines, and leveraging technology to deliver greater efficiency, client value and profitable growth. Four new AMCs (ASK, Carnelian, Oaklane and Neo) are expected to go live over the next three months, taking CAMS' client base to 31 AMCs.
