Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has been closed since July 01, 2026 and shall remain closed until July 20, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure applies to all Designated Persons including Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees of the Company, their immediate relatives, and Connected Persons.
