The Board of Directors of CCME Global Limited will meet on Friday, August 14, 2026, in Mumbai. The meeting is being convened pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Agenda Items

The Board will consider, approve, and recommend the following matters:

• Consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the First Quarter ending on June 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015
• Any other business with the permission of the chair

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed since Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The Trading Window will remain closed until Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
