CDSL Q4 Net Profit Falls 15% YoY, Declares ₹12.75 Dividend

CDSL reported standalone total income growth of 11% YoY to ₹1,096 crore for FY26, while net profit remained nearly flat at ₹468 crore.
Q4 standalone net profit declined 15% YoY to ₹69 crore, with total income up 5% YoY to ₹215 crore.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹12.75 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
CDSL surpassed 18 crore demat accounts, adding approximately 2.71 crore new accounts during FY25-26.
