Business Update

The company discontinued its garment manufacturing business with effect from April 1, 2025. During FY26, the company earned income from renting/leasing of property and derivative trading business.

Through a special resolution passed via postal ballot on July 2, 2026, the company altered its main objects to expand business activities to include:

  • Real estate development, redevelopment, construction, infrastructure development and allied activities
