Central Bank of India reported FY26 net profit of ₹4,369 crore, up 15.43% YoY, despite a Q4 one-time ₹632 crore deferred tax asset impact.
Total business grew 15.60% to ₹8,12,439 crore with gross advances up 18.76% and deposits up 13.38% year-over-year.
Asset quality improved with gross NPA at 2.67% (down 51 bps) and net NPA at 0.49% (down 6 bps), while CRAR strengthened to 17.91%.
Bank proposed a 6% interim dividend (₹0.60 per share) for Q4 FY26, in addition to previous quarterly 2% dividends.
