Chalet Hotels FY26 Revenue Crosses INR 25 Billion

Chalet Hotels reported consolidated FY26 revenue of INR 28.1 BN and EBITDA of INR 12.3 BN, with strong growth across hospitality and commercial real estate segments.
Q4 FY26 performance showed 6% YoY total income growth to INR 5.7 BN and 6% EBITDA growth to INR 2.8 BN, despite occupancy declining 7.7 percentage points.
The company expanded its portfolio to over 5,000 keys including pipeline projects, adding 330-key Hyderabad hotel and 144-key Udaipur resort during the quarter.
Commercial real estate segment delivered exceptional growth with FY26 revenue up 55% to INR 3.1 BN and EBITDA up 65% to INR 2.5 BN with 83.1% margins.
