Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The disclosure announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The Board will consider two main agenda items:
