- EXIM Bank's appeal is pending before Supreme Court (Civil Appeal No. 1671 of 2019)
- EXIM Bank also filed OA before DRT-III claiming USD 44,611,207 with interest
One Time Settlement:
- OTS executed on November 23, 2023, modified on December 8, 2023
- Economic Court of Dushanbe crystallized liability at USD 34 million
- OTS is under implementation as of March 31, 2026
