  • EXIM Bank's application under IBC was dismissed by NCLT and upheld by NCLAT
  • EXIM Bank's appeal is pending before Supreme Court (Civil Appeal No. 1671 of 2019)
  • EXIM Bank also filed OA before DRT-III claiming USD 44,611,207 with interest

One Time Settlement:

  • OTS executed on November 23, 2023, modified on December 8, 2023
  • Economic Court of Dushanbe crystallized liability at USD 34 million
  • OTS is under implementation as of March 31, 2026
  • Part payments of USD 4.31 million made during FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 under OTS

Property Tax Settlement

The company paid ₹10.62 crores under MCD Amnesty Scheme to settle long-pending property tax dispute and received No Dues Certificate.
