City Union Bank Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Tuesday, July 28, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The financial results will be subject to limited review by the Joint Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank.
This communication serves as formal intimation pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. It follows the Bank's earlier communication to the exchange dated June 20, 2026 regarding the closure of the trading window.
In accordance with the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the bank will reopen and shall be open with effect from July 31, 2026.
