CleanMax FY26 PAT Surges 4.4x to ₹85.6 Cr

CleanMax reported audited FY2025-26 results with 28% revenue growth to ₹1,913 crore and record EBITDA of ₹1,295 crore.
Contracted renewable energy portfolio reached 5.7 GW with 80% YoY growth in operational capacity to 3.1 GW.
PAT increased 4.4x to ₹85.6 crore driven by scale-up and improved EBITDA margins of 83.5%.
Company guided for over 1.5 GW annual commissioning in FY2027 and maintained net debt/EBITDA of 4.75x.
