CleanSpark reported Q2 FY2026 revenue of $136.4 million, 24.9% below the $152.32 million consensus and down from $181.7 million YoY.
Net loss widened to $1.52 per share versus the expected $0.41 loss, and EBITDA fell to –$241.2 million from –$57.8 million a year earlier.
Bitcoin holdings rose 14% to $925.2 million and monthly hashrate increased 18% YoY, while contracted megawatts doubled to 585 MW, including 300 MW in Brazoria.
The company ended the quarter with $260.3 million cash, $1.0 billion working capital, $2.9 billion assets, $1.8 billion debt and $1.0 billion equity.
