Net income fell to $10m ($0.01 per share) from $132m a year earlier; adjusted net income dropped 84% YoY.
Agriculture segment sales $2.60bn (+1% YoY) but EBIT margin fell to 1.0% from 5.4%; construction sales $574m down 3% with -4.9% margin.
Company reaffirmed 2026 outlook of adjusted EPS $0.35‑$0.45 and expects agriculture EBIT margin 4.5‑5.5% and free cash flow $150‑$350m.
