AGM Proceedings Details

The 85th Annual General Meeting was held on July 29, 2026 at 3:30 PM IST through Video-Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with MCA and SEBI circulars.

2. Re-appointment of Ms. Prabha Narasimhan (DIN: 08822860) who retires by rotation (Ordinary Resolution)

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Jacob Sebastian Madukkakuzy (DIN: 07645510) as Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer (Ordinary Resolution)
