Comcast Q2 2026 Results Overview

Comcast reported second‑quarter 2026 earnings per share of $1.04, beating the Wall Street consensus estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter was $29.94 billion, a 1.2 % decline year‑over‑year but above the $29.25 billion consensus forecast. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $8.9 billion and free cash flow amounted to $4.6 billion.

Domestic residential broadband saw net customer losses improve by 34,000 compared with the prior year, while domestic wireless added a record 448,000 net lines, the best quarterly result on record for the segment. Total wireless lines rose to 10.2 million, representing a 7 % penetration of the total addressable wireless lines within Comcast’s footprint.

Business Services Connectivity revenue increased 3.7 % to $2.7 billion, with EBITDA growing 5.0 % to $1.5 billion and an EBITDA margin of 56.7 %.

Peacock achieved quarterly profitability for the first time, posting EBITDA of $189 million, up $290 million year‑over‑year, as paid‑subscriber numbers grew by 2 million net additions to reach 48 million, driven by programming such as the NBA Playoffs, the FIFA World Cup and Love Island USA.

Following the release, Comcast shares rose approximately 3 % in pre‑market trading on Thursday.
