Compass Group Raises FY Guidance Above 11%

Compass Group posted 11.7% H1 operating profit increase to $1.84bn and raised FY profit growth guidance to above 11%.
Revenue rose 10.7% to $24.98bn, organic growth 7.2% from net new business 3.8%, pricing 2.7% and volume 0.7%; retention 96%.
North America contributed 67% of revenue, posting $16.72bn (+8.1%) and operating profit $1.41bn (+9.5%) with 97% client retention.
Net debt rose to $8.60bn (1.7x EBITDA) and interim dividend increased 13% to 25.5 cents per share.
