Pundarikashyam and Associates, Chartered Accountants, highlighted the following matters:
1. Long outstanding trade receivables of ₹4.14 crore outstanding for more than 2 years with no provision for bad/doubtful debts
2. Balances of trade receivables, deposits, loans and advances, advances from customers, and trade payables are subject to confirmation and reconciliation
3. Closing stocks are subject to verification and considered based on management representation
