Notes to the Financial Results
1. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
2. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
3. Figures for previous periods have been regrouped and reclassified for comparability.
4. The EPS for the quarter is not strictly comparable on a QoQ and YoY basis due to an increase in the weighted average number of equity shares. This increase of over 33% in share capital resulted from the allotment of 31,75,000 equity shares at ₹36.50 per share through a preferential issue.
5. Despite this dilution, the EPS improved, reflecting that profitability growth outpaced the increase in the equity share base.
Disclosure & Availability
The financial results were published pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. They are available on the company's website (www.concorddrugs.in) and the website of BSE Limited. The results will also be published in newspapers as required.
Auditor's Review Report
The statutory auditors, Pundarikashyam and Associates, issued a limited review report stating that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the Statement contains any material misstatement and has been prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34, the SEBI Circular, and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. This conclusion extends to the consolidated results, relying on the review reports of the subsidiary's auditors.
