Cosmic Energy Q2 FY27 Results Board Meeting Intimation

• Approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In continuation of the company's intimation letter dated September 26, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives since October 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Unaudited Financial Results.
