Real Estate Project Disclosure

During the quarter, the Company recognized revenue from the sale of ten flats pertaining to its real estate project "Osadia Realty." Auditor's Review

M/s. P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, carried out a limited review of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

Emphasis of Matter: The investments in subsidiary companies are continuing at historical cost and not at fair value. The auditor's conclusion is not modified in respect of this matter.
