Corporate Actions:
The Board approved setting up a new manufacturing plant at SF. No. 11 & 28, Komaranapalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu – 635114 (Hosur Unit - 3) with estimated investment of ₹250 crores (Phase I: ₹100 crores, Phase II: ₹150 crores). The project will be financed substantially through term loans with balance from internal accruals.
