Creative Newtech Limited's Board will meet on 14th May 2026 to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.
The Board will also consider and recommend an annual final dividend for the company's equity shareholders.
The trading window for designated persons is closed from 1st April 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public on 17th May 2026.
