Croma Security Solutions, a UK‑based security services provider, announced that its fiscal year 2026 revenue reached £11.0 million, representing a 15 percent increase over the prior year. The growth was attributed to recent acquisitions and the expansion of its network.
During the year the company completed the sale of Vigilant Security and incorporated six locksmith businesses into its operations. Two additional acquisitions were closed in the second half of the fiscal year, and the integration of the six locksmith operations contributed to the revenue uplift.
Management reported strong demand from both retail and commercial customers, driven by heightened regulatory requirements and an increased focus on security across sectors. The firm expects full‑year EBITDA to exceed its earlier guidance by a modest amount.
Looking forward, Croma Security said it will continue to pursue acquisitions of locksmith and security businesses, citing a healthy pipeline of targets. It also highlighted strengthening positions in the healthcare and leisure sectors, despite ongoing macro‑economic uncertainty.
