ESOP Allotment

During the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the Company allotted 100,000 equity shares of ₹10 each pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP).

Labour Code Implementation

The Company has restructured employee compensation with effect from April 1, 2026, to comply with the four Labour Codes notified by the Government of India on November 21, 2025. The incremental impact has been presented under "Employee Benefits Expense" for the year ended March 31, 2026.

Auditor Review

The financial results were reviewed by Lodha & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 301051E/E300284), who issued a limited review report stating nothing came to their attention suggesting material misstatement.
