D-Link India FY26 Net Profit ₹104 Cr, Declares ₹27.50 Dividend

D-Link India reported audited standalone net profit of ₹102.95 crore for FY26, with Q4 profit at ₹27.27 crore.
Board recommended final dividend of ₹20 and special dividend of ₹7.50 per share (total ₹27.50) for FY26.
Appointed M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP as Internal Auditors and proposed Ms. Jui-Chuan Chang as independent director.
Company received ₹6.11 crore customs demand order, which it has appealed at CESTAT Mumbai.
