Dalmia Bharat FY26 PAT Jumps 65% to Rs 1,157 Cr

Dalmia Bharat reported a 65% YoY jump in FY26 PAT to Rs 1,157 Cr and its highest ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs 902 Cr in Q4 FY26.
The company commissioned 22 MW of new renewable energy capacity in Q4 and achieved a total operational renewable capacity of 449 MW.
ED released land parcels valued at Rs 344 Cr attached to the company after a PMLA Tribunal reduced the alleged Proceeds of Crime by ~90%.
The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share (250%) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
