Danone Q1 Sales Rise 2.7% LFL

Danone reported Q1 sales of €6.71 bn, up 2.7% like‑for‑like but down 2% reported versus €6.84 bn a year earlier.
Europe‑Middle East‑Africa sales fell 0.6% LFL with 1.4% volume decline; Asia‑Pacific grew 6% LFL, led by 10.3% rise in China and Oceania.
Danone announced acquiring Huel and a 50/50 dairy JV with Arcor in Argentina, pending approval, to close H2 2026.
The company issued €1.6 bn of triple‑tranche bonds and reaffirmed full‑year like‑for‑like sales growth guidance of 3‑5%.
