Reference made to earlier intimation dated August 06, 2026 regarding Board meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026 to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Meeting Proceedings

The Board meeting commenced on August 13, 2026 as scheduled. The Board considered and transacted certain agenda matters during the meeting.

Reason for Adjournment

During deliberations, the Board raised certain queries and sought clarifications in relation to the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This necessitated adjournment to enable requisite clarifications to be considered and addressed before approval of the financial results.

Rescheduled Meeting

The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors will continue and be held on August 14, 2026. The agenda remains to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2026 and transact other incidental matters.

Trading Window Status

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after declaration of the financial results.
