DCMS Shriram Industries Ltd intimated a Board meeting on 21st May 2026 to approve FY26 audited financial results.
The Board will also consider declaring a final dividend for the financial year 2025-2026.
The intimation was made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 29.
