Board Meeting Details

The 02nd Meeting of the 2026-27 Board of Directors was held on Monday, 10th August, 2026, commencing at 03:30 PM (IST) and concluding at 05:00 PM (IST). The meeting was previously intimated via letter dated 03rd August, 2026.

Other Board Approvals

In addition to the financial results, the Board approved:

1. The Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Results.

2. The Investor Presentation for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

3. An Addendum to the Notice of the 06th Annual General Meeting consequent to the appointment of Mrs. Rajni Mishra (DIN: 07706571) as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 10th August, 2026, subject to the approval of the members.

4. Relocation of the BESS Project to Kolkata. All other details pertaining to the project remain unchanged from the Company's intimation dated 05th January, 2026.

Operational Update

Note 3 of the financial statements discloses that the Company completed the construction of its new manufacturing project at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and commenced commercial production on April 28, 2026. The entire project cost was capitalized on this date as per Ind AS 16. The facility has an installed capacity of 48,000 MTPA (Metric Tonnes Per Annum).

Auditor's Review

B. Mukherjee & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 302096E), issued a limited review report dated 10th August, 2026. Based on their review, nothing came to their attention that causes them to believe the financial results contain any material misstatement.

Additional Information

The company is a single segment company engaged primarily in the business of different grades of Polymer Compounds (as per Ind AS 108). The company does not have any subsidiary, associate, or joint venture entities. The figures for the corresponding previous period have been regrouped/reclassified wherever necessary to conform to the current period's presentation.
