The unit was transferred with effect from June 18, 2026, and the full consideration has been received.
This transaction resulted in a gain of ₹63.89 Crores on the sale of the undertaking.

The unaudited financial results were subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors, M/s Mittal Gupta & Co. (FRN: 001874C).

The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, are balancing figures between the audited annual figures and the published unaudited nine-month figures.
The performance for the quarter may not be representative of annual performance due to the seasonal nature of the sugar industry.
