Board Meeting Details

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th November 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01st October 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
